Ball has a lot of slab-on-grade homes, metal and architectural shingle roofs, and crawl spaces that stay damp after a wet week. I check:

• Water heaters, TPR discharge, and visible plumbing

• Electrical service, bonding, and receptacle testing

• HVAC performance notes you can hand to a tech, not just service recommended
